Long Island, NY - October 23, 2013 - Reggie And The Full Effect released a fan-inspired music video for "Revenge is a dish best served at Park Chan-Wook's", the first track off their upcoming album "No Country For Old Musicians," watch it here: bit.ly/H2xSa8. The video was created using a collection of clips submitted to Reggie And The Full Effect from their fan base. The response was so overwhelmingly successful that they couldn't fit all the submissions in one video, so a second will be release soon. From puppets to babies to police, it is exactly what you would expect from Reggie fans.
The single "Revenge is a dish best served at Park Chan-Wook's", was released on October 7th on AV Club to high praise. The album, out November 19th, is now available for pre-order here: Purenoise.merchnow.com. This is the first album from Reggie And The Full Effect in over 5 years and was the last album to ever be produced by Ed Rose (Kurt Cobain, The Get Up Kids) at his Blacklodge Recording Studios in Kansas. Ed worked with Reggie also on numerous albums including "Greatest Hits 1984-1987", "Under The Tray" and "Songs Not to Get Married To."
When asked about the song "Revenge is a dish best served at Park Chan-Wook's" singer James Dewees says "I love being able to do whatever I want because there are so many types of music that I love outside of rock and pop and it's fun to test yourself and broaden your horizons when you're writing,". "Sure, you run into complications from people who are expecting just one thing out of you but Reggie has always been a summary of all my musical tastes put onto a record and I think this album encapsulates that perfectly."
