SECOND SINGLE FROM SERENA RYDER’S HARMONY (AUGUST 27/CAPITOL RECORDS), “WHAT I WOULDN’T DO,” HEADS TO RADIO AS VIDEO PREMIERES ON VH1

DYNAMO ROCKER CONTINUES ONEREPUBLIC TOUR BEFORE SHE JOINS MICHAEL FRANTI FOR HIS FALL NATIONAL TOUR

LOS ANGELES, CA — While “Stompa” continues its assault at radio and television, the next single off Serena Ryder’s forthcoming LP Harmony, “What I Wouldn’t Do,” will begin its ascent. The video for the anthemic sing-along premiered on VH1 this past weekend, as the track is being serviced to radio nationwide, steering toward the August 27 release of her album on Capitol Records.

“The commotion over rock singer-songwriter Serena Ryder is highly justifiable,” deemed Ladygunn magazine, adding, “her vocals seem to propel out of this world.” While Self.com was doling out “The Best Tunes to Jam Out to in August,” they included Ryder’s “Stompa,” citing: “If your playlist is filled with Adele and The Black Keys, meet Serena Ryder. Her soulful pop-rock music will have you bobbing your head and stomping your feet.”

OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder stumbled across Ryder’s infectious pop-rock all on his own and invited the dynamo rocker on tour with his band for their U.S. tour. The Canadian songstress is wasting no time finding new fans at every stop along the way. “Her vocal strength is the lynchpin in her songwriting - often singing about love like so many artists do, but her music transcends genre lines hitting on pop, soul, blues and rock and even hints of country at times,” noted Creative Loafing.

Ryder will perform select headline dates along the OneRepublic routing, which will then take her a fall run with Michael Franti, beginning in October.
