MONSTER ENERGY’S AFTERSHOCK FESTIVAL BAND PERFORMANCE TIMES ANNOUNCED FOR SEPTEMBER 14 & 15 ROCK FESTIVAL AT DISCOVERY PARK NEAR DOWNTOWN SACRAMENTO
The band performance times have been announced for the second annual Monster Energy’s Aftershock Festival, held September 14 & 15 at Discovery Park near downtown Sacramento, CA. Northern California's biggest summer rock festival will feature headlining performances from Avenged Sevenfold, Five Finger Death Punch, Korn and Shinedown, along with many other top rock bands.

Through September 6, 2013, unsigned bands can enter the first annual Ernie Ball Aftershock Battle Of The Bands at www.battleofthebands.com for a chance to perform on the Ernie Ball Stage on Sunday, September 15.
Steel Panther and special guests Angels Fall and LA Rocks will kick off the weekend at the Monster Energy’s Aftershock Festival pre-party on Friday, September 13 at Ace Of Spades in Sacramento. The pre-party is FREE for all Monster Energy’s Aftershock Festival ticketholders. Starting at Noon on Friday, September 13, Aftershock ticketholders can pick up wristbands for admission to the pre-party at Ace Of Spades (1417 R Street, Sacramento). Space is limited, so entry to the party will be first come, first served. Doors open at 7:00 PM and this is an all-ages show.

About Discovery Park: Discovery Park is a 160-acre park conveniently located near downtown Sacramento, where the American and Sacramento Rivers meet. The Discovery Park boat launch allows boaters access to both the American and Sacramento Rivers, and the park features bike trials, picnic areas, and a playground. Discovery Park is located beside I-5 near downtown Sacramento. From I-5, take the Richards Blvd. off-ramp, then go west to get to the south entrance of the park, or follow the Garden Highway exit east from I-5 to find the north entrance. Signs denote the park's location from I-5.
