Fearless Records is excited to welcome The Downtown Fiction to the family.

"We're incredibly happy to announce The Downtown Fiction has joined Fearless Records," notes lead singer Cameron Leahy. "Thank you to everyone for their continued support. We can't wait to share the new album!"

The Downtown Fiction Signs To Fearless Records

Fairfax, VA's power-pop foursome have been building a loyal fan base since their formation in 2008 with their irresistible blend of ultra-catchy tunes with a lyrical attitude. The release of their debut full-length album Let's be Animals (2011) featured the band's most successful single to date, "I Just Wanna Run". The song went on to sell over 350,000 singles and received placements throughout MTV's Jersey Shore, The Hard Times of RJ Berger, The Challenge: Fresh Meat II, The Hills, and Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and the track is also featured on Rock Band 3. Making it a point to take their infectious brand of pop-rock global, The Downtown Fiction's impressive resume includes runs with The Summer Set, All Time Low, Yellowcard, Mayday Parade, The Ready Set, We The Kings, including slots on the Bamboozle Festival, Vans Warped Tour, and overseas dates in Manila and Japan. Currently composed of lead singer Cameron Leahy, guitarist Wes Dimond, bassist David Pavluk, and drummer Kyle Rodgers, the band have been busy at work on their third studio album, which is slated for release in early 2014 with Fearless Records.

On the heels of the signing announcement, the band are excited to reveal their fall tour plans alongside new labelmates Tonight Alive on The Other Side Tour, with Additional support will come from For The Foxes, and echosmith. Full tour routing below.
