NEWS: SCALE THE SUMMIT ANNOUNCES HEADLINING TOUR

September 09, 2013 • Leave a Comment

Following the successful summer launch of their acclaimed fourth album "The Migration," the instrumental progressive quartet SCALE THE SUMMIT have announced a headlining North American tour that will immediately follow the group's October shows alongside Tesseract. Presented by New Noise Magazine, the headlining tour will kick off in November in the band's hometown of Houston and feature support from jazz-rockers The Reign of Kindo and InsideOut recording artist Jolly.

Described as "post-rock at its most melodic and dynamic best" (Alternative Press), "The Migration" was recorded earlier this year with Jamie King (BTBAM, Devin Townsend). First-week sales nearly quadrupled those of the band's 2011 release "The Collective," earning the group a Billboard Top 200 debut. Since the album's release, the band toured North America with Intronaut in addition to performing alongside the legendary English group Yes at their first-ever Yestival. Listen to "The Migration" fan-favorite "Atlas Novus" below and pick up a copy of the album at the PROSTHETIC webshop or digitally via iTunes or Bandcamp!
