Green Mirror Music and G. E. Smith Are Proud To Announce The Release of Taylor Barton-Smith’s New Record Everybody Knows on February 18, 2014

“I think that these are two of the best songs Taylor has written- “Blindsided” had its genesis in the actual event of an old local church burning down and “Everybody Knows” is just a beautiful song. I love finding different ways to play it on guitar. Only the best songs allow that kind of constant reinvention.” -G.E. Smith

Meg Griffin from Sirius Radio says, “Taylor Barton travels in songs… seeking answers to questions that take courage to ask. On her latest release, Everybody Knows, the record lends itself to stories of love, loss and solitude. If songs can make us feel less alone in the world, Taylor Barton has written a few.”

“Taylor writes from the trenches of the self-examined life: motherhood, sobriety, rock wife-dom and grief, With soul mate G.E. Smith as her sideman, she creates aching American classics.” - Paula Cole
