Today sees the release of Boston four-piece Ice Nine KIlls' third full-length album and Outerloop Records debut The Predator Becomes The Prey. The album has already hit #1 on the iTunes Metal Chart, and is also available now at Best Buy.

"I 100% feel this is our best album to date because we struck the perfect balance between diversity and cohesiveness," states vocalist Spencer Charnas. "While no two songs really sound alike, the album feels very much like one piece of art. Lyrically, the record is definitely angry, but it exudes a positive energy at the same time. Aggressive music can in fact be therapeutic as long as you use it as an outlet for your demons, not as a blue print for your actions."

In support of release week, the band teamed up with Revolver Magazine for the exclusive premiere of the entire album. The band also created an "American Psycho" spoof commercial for the album, which is featured on Bloody-Disgusting today.

The Predator Becomes The Prey was recorded at The Square Studio in Syracuse, NY and produced by Steve Sopchak (Rookie Of The Year, Such Gold) and Justin DeBlieck. The album follows the band's 2013 self-released and crowd-funded EP The Predator, which debuted at #9 on the Billboard Heatseeker's Chart.
