NEWS: In Your Memory Releases Music Video for “Layers Of Lies”

October 29, 2014  •  Leave a Comment
Hailing from the nation’s capital, the five-piece post-hardcore outfit of In Your Memory has chosen to not jump the White House fence and instead filmed a music video for their song “Layers Of Lies.” The track is taken off the recently released Reflections EP with vocalist Omar Veras commenting on the music video, “It’s always great to see a final project release! Although we had so much fun we made sure to keep it professional as well. We would like to thank the four kids that helped us in this video since they are the true stars.” The band will be hitting the road this fall and winter to support the music video and EP.

About In Your Memory: Formed in 2011, In Your Memory was born in Alex's basement in Washington, D.C. The initial lineup consisted of Omar, Alex, Troy and John. The band soon after released their self-titled demo before experimenting with many sounds. In Your Memory then found precisely the sound that they were looking for, which was a sound consisting of powerful thrusting vocals, intensely deep jazz chords, throbbing bass lines, and exploding percussion. After touring off of their first release, In Your Memory began to write new music to showcase this new, matured sound. The release released in 2014 in the form of Reflections.
