Wichita, KS --- Seasons After and Pavement have entered in to a global physical distribution deal.  Chicago-based Pavement will release CALAMITY SCARS AND MEMOIRS to physical retailers across the globe on February 24, 2015.  The band retains autonomous rights to digital distribution within this agreement.  Pavement is distributed by MRI/ Sony-RED in North America and Plastichead in the UK and Europe.

Seasons After founding member and guitarist Chris Dawson offers, "We are excited to team up with Pavement to help us push this record out to the masses. There is a lot you can do as an independent band and having a partner like Pavement/Sony/RED to help with things like distribution is key to making sure we are doing everything we can to get our music out there."  Pavement's Director of A&R Tim King shares, "I've been a supporter of these guys for a long time.  I'm thrilled to be a part of the new album which I believe is their best material yet!"

One month ago, the quintet returned digitally releasing CALAMITY SCARS AND MEMOIRS.  In the new year, prior to the album's wide physical release, a team is in place to take the band's repertoire to commercial rock radio.   CALAMITY SCARS AND MEMOIRS is Seasons After's  first release in four years, and the first featuring Tony Housh (vocals), Chris Dawson (guitar), Jim Beattie (lead guitar), Tim Rails (drums) and Jesse Saint (bass).  The band premiered a lyric video for "My Last Words" on Revolver.com, which can be viewed here: http://www.revolvermag.com/?p=66510.

ABOUT PAVEMENT: In the mid 90's Pavement Music was a premier rock and metal label that spawned releases by Crowbar, Malevolent Creation, Scatterbrain, Kreator, Solitude Aeturnus, Gilby Clarke, Autograph, Therion, The Gathering, Gorefest, and others.  In a partnership with Zoo/BMG, the label launched and continued the careers of these and many other artists throughout the decade. In early 2000 Zoo Entertainment was dissolved and Pavement Music was put on hiatus.  In 2012, Pavement Owner and President Mark Nawara resurrected the label in order to bring back the same quality and high standard of music and career artists. He brought in long time friend and A&R man Tim King to assist in running the label. Pavement is distributed by MRI/ Sony-RED in North America and Plastichead in the UK and Europe.  The roster includes: SOiL, (hed)P.E., Tantric, Emphatic, Smile Empty Soul, Seasons After, Dark New Day, The Veer Union, Future Leaders Of The World. Hell Or High Water, The Charm The Fury, One Way Mirror. Bonz, and others.
