(New York, New York) WALK THE MOON's highly anticipated sophomore album “TALKING IS HARD” is out today on RCA Records. The album is produced by Tim Pagnotta and mixed by Neal Avron.

“Shut Up and Dance”, the first single off of the album, was released last month and held the #1 spot on the Spotify viral top 50 US chart for the following two weeks. Critics have called the band “unstoppable” and the track “irresistible”. Just a few weeks ago "Shut Up and Dance" was the iTunes single of the week and the track  just crashed into the top 10 at alt radio. The band will be performing the hit single and more tonight on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live!

On what became a much buzzed about appearance, WALK THE MOON performed “Shut Up and Dance” for the first time on NBC’s Late Night With Seth Meyers on September 15^th (WATCH HERE).That same day the band released the official lyric video for “Shut Up and Dance” which was created from over one thousand submissions from fans enthusiastically dancing to the newly released track (WATCH HERE). Just last week WALK THE MOON teamed up with the growing music discovery platform 8tracks to premiere the official music video for “Shut Up and Dance”, accompanied by an exclusive interview on Mashable.com explaining the inspiration behind the video. Having just wrapped their sold out underplay tour, “SHUT UP AND TOUR 2014”, WALK THE MOON will be hitting the road again in 2015 to support their new album on the “TALKING IS HARD TOUR”. The tour kicks off in San Diego on March 10^th and will finish up in Las Vegas on May 9^th, The Griswolds will be main support.
