The Downtown Fiction's new album Losers & Kings is officially available today digitally oniTunes and in select Best Buy stores.

"The release of Losers & Kings feels like the culmination of so many moments all leading up to this day. From the beginning, we were inspired to create something honest and human. The sound of a band in a room. We tried to remain instinctual and idealistic, even childlike. It's a record about acceptance of yourself and others, depression, escape and those minor triumphs that keep us fighting, uniting us. We pushed ourselves and I've never been more proud of anything we've accomplished. Thank you to all those who've supported us these years. I hope you enjoy listening to Losers & Kingsas much as we enjoyed making it." - Cameron Leahy, Lead Vocals

The Downtown Fiction showcases a roster of new songs that are hard-driving, happily defiant and anthemic, producing a breakthrough album that opens a window into their own. The music is as addictive as the lyrical themes are irresistible. In anticipation for the new release, the band teamed up with Pandora Premieres to give fans a chance to stream the entire album in advance to its June 17th release, and premiered multiple tracks off the album with the help of OK! Magazine, Purevolume, and Hollywire. Fans can stream Losers & Kings in its entirety HERE or click the image below.

Last night, the band kicked off the release with an exclusive private show for fans at SIR in Hollywood, CA. The band will continue the celebration at their Losers & Kings release show on Saturday June 21st in Anaheim, CA at Chain Reaction, which was listed by OC Weekly as one of the "10 Best OC Concerts on the First Day Of Summer." THE DOWNTOWN FICTION - Composed of Cameron Leahy (Lead Vocals), Wes Dimond (Guitar), David Pavluk (Bass), and Kyle Rodgers (Drums), The Downtown Fiction has risen with their unique brand of transcendent rock, staking their place in the pop-rock genre. That energy, a product of the band's rock focus and sharp-edged lyrics, has defined The Downtown Fiction from its start in 2008. Since then, the band has played the Bamboozle Road Show, Glamour Kills Tour and Warped Tour, touring internationally with bands including All Time Low, The Ready Set, Mayday Parade, We the Kings and The Summer Set. The band has released three EPs and one full-length, 2011's Let's Be Animals. That effort spawned the hit "I Just Wanna Run," which sold over 350,000 copies and boasts a video that's racked up more than 5.3 million views. With music as addictive as the lyrical themes are irresistible, the band is gearing up for the release of their second studio album Losers & Kings.
