BASEMENT JAXX blew the lid off the dance music scene of the late 90’s with their ground breaking albums Remedy, Rooty and Kish Kash. Now the duo of Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe are back with their seventh studio album JUNTO out August 26 via Atlantic Jaxx/PIAS.  A genre-hopping musical roller-coaster that showcases the band’s legendary inventiveness, irresistible songwriting and production smarts.

Before the album’s release, next Thursday, July 16, Verboten in Brooklyn  will host a special DJ night with BASEMENT JAXX who will spin some of their new tracks, classics and favorite cuts. The club-ready, jacking “Unicorn,” Ibiza anthem "Mermaid Of Salinas” and majestic disco-house track “Never Say Never” are just samples of what’s to come from BASEMENT JAXX’s first official album release in nearly four years.

Listen to “Never Say Never,” “Unicorn” and “Mermaid Of Salinas” now at: www.soundcloud.com/basement-jaxx

Summer is here, and the JAXX are back! Let’s get this party started.
