Chicago, IL - Indie-rock band, Carbon Tigers, is set to hit the road this month with Jamie Lono & Noble, Boy Blue, and Off & On! After a quick show in Columbus, OH, the tour kicks off in Milwaukee on October 2nd, and wraps in Dekalb, IL on October 19th. For more information, please visit www.carbontigers.com.

Carbon Tigers' newest EP, The Wars At Home, was mixed by Mike Watts (As Tall As Lions) and mastered by Ed Brooks (Death Cab For Cutie, Minus The Bear). The five song EP is about self-discovery and growth before it turns dark, and tells the stories of destruction, love, and fierce competition. The band has recently been featured on the likes of NYLON, Guitar World, Zimbio, Brooklyn Vegan, NYLON Guys, and Absolute Punk.

Last year, Carbon Tigers was unfortunate enough to have their equipment, merchandise, and van stolen - the band quickly rose to the occasion and crowdfunded over $12,000 to purchase new gear! With the help of all their fans and their new gear, Carbon Tigers have worked tirelessly to make their name known and write the best music they can. They have since played huge festivals including Fashion Meets Music Festival with Vacationer, and Lollapalooza, and have previously played sold out shows with Cold War Kids, Gold Motel, and Maps & Atlases.

Carbon Tigers are Chicago-based rockers that bring their atmosphere everywhere they go. It starts with a band-made light show, picks up some steam with a fog machine, and shoots to the moon with reverb-ridden rock songs that keep your head bobbing from start to finish. The band is releasing a pair of singles as they make their way on a fall tour through the East Coast and down to Nashville. This is Carbon Tigers' first recording as a four-piece band and they've already started working on their debut full-length record, coming to you in 2015.

Carbon Tigers consists of Chris Wienke (vocals/guitar/bass), Nick Cudone (guitar/vocals), Aaron Sweatt (bass/guitar/keys/vocals), and Darien Williams (drums/vocals).
