Having just wrapped up their first US tour of 2015 alongside venerable metal outfit Mushroomhead, THE FAMILY RUIN show no signs of ceasing their relentless onslaught on the North American touring scene. The band will be joining Escape The Fate on their "Road To The Studio" Tour at the start of February for a handful of dates before a month long run in March supporting deathcore icons Chelsea Grin on the "Ashes To Ashes" Tour.

Hailing from the historic walled city of York, United Kingdom, THE FAMILY RUIN bursts onto the scene with a heavy handed soundscape audiences can almost reach out and touch. Their KBB Records debut “Dearly Departed,” drives listeners through an oscillating journey of euphoric highs and crushing lows, like the crest and trough of an unrelenting ocean. Running the lyrical gamut of emotions, THE FAMILY RUIN have set out on a mission to inspire originality through rock-n-roll, always remaining true to their sound. A vital pursuit in the face of a world yearning for bands with substance. “Whether we’re partying hard or working even harder, we stick to our own style, not what’s popular. It’s not only the music, but that mindset which makes us stand out.” states vocalist Johnny Mennell.

Formed in 2013, THE FAMILY RUIN (Johnny Mennell [Vocals], Craig Robinson [Guitar & Vocals], James Langley [Guitar], Josh Adamson [Bass], and Dom White [Drums])caught the attention of KBB Records label co-owner Ben Bruce while recording in their hometown. Upon first listen an immediate connection was made and led to the signing of THE FAMILY RUIN to the KBB Records roster. Their debut album, Dearly Departed was release on September 23, 2014. The 14 track LP features the current single “Let’s Go” which sprung right into #1 on Sirius XM Octane within 3 weeks of hitting radio.

“Dearly Departed truly is one of the greatest debut albums of our generation. It has the raw aggression and swagger of Guns N' Roses and Mötley Crüe with the modern edge of bands like Avenged Sevenfold. I couldn't be more excited that KBB Records has the honor of introducing this incredible band to the world,“ states label co-owner Ben Bruce.
