Premiering now over at Billboard.com, the video for Firelight perfectly displays all the interlocking elements that make Caligula's Horse such a thrilling prospect: impressive musicianship, emotive dynamic and a knack for energetic, earworm compositions. The video has a soothing, subtle clarity about it. Its sweeping aerial shots imbue it with the same vast qualities of the song.

Already enjoying praise for its multi-faceted dynamic and masterful production, Bloom mines influences from heavy rock to jazz and beyond, making it a uniquely enticing sonic entity, and a powerful addition to the high quality canon of progressive alternative rock. It is a unique thrill to watch a band's momentum build so steadily and confidently. Labelled one of the 'Aussie Bands Putting Local Heavy Music on the Map' by Tone Deaf recently, while Mixdown Magazine declared 'the time is right for Caligula's Horse.'

'Bloom' will be available as Limited Edition Digipak CD, Vinyl LP with CD included & digital download (incl. one exclusive bonus track).

'Bloom' follows 2011's colourful and dynamic debut 'Moments From Ephemeral City', and 2013's critically acclaimed dark narrative concept album 'The Tide, the Thief & River's End', an album that Metal Obsession hailed as 'nearly perfect'.

"'Bloom' is very special to all of us - it's an album full of colour and life, vibrancy and energy, but one that breathes in and out with a natural ebb and flow," says lead vocalist Jim Grey. "It's exactly what we hoped to achieve with Caligula's Horse. To us, this album has a life of its own."

Equal parts grandiose and crushing, melodic and energetic, enjoy the first taste of Caligula's Horse's third record 'Bloom' right this moment.

The band will tour Australia with UK metal heroes TesseracT this October, before embarking on an extensive month-long tour of Europe and the UK with Norwegian blackjazz innovators Shining.

Caligula's Horse are known for their energetic live show and fierce stage presence, a quality that has seen them join the likes of Opeth, Mastodon, The Ocean and Protest The Hero on the stage and the road. This kind of intense touring regime will see them right at home.
