“’Kamikaze’ is a happy party song, but at the same time also about being lost and restless,” says Karen Marie Ørsted AKA MØ. “What I really like about this video is that it embraces both those aspects: the party vibe - the friendships and the happiness - but also the darkness, the craziness and the doom. And it’s not just the song that has that duality; it’s very much who I am.”

“Kamikaze” sees MØ teaming up with American super-producer Diplo once more, for the latest song in an expanding series that includes “XXX 88 (feat. Diplo),” from her acclaimed debut album No Mythologies to Follow, and the worldwide smash Major Lazer track “Lean On,” one of the biggest songs of 2015 with a staggering one billion cumulative streams having been racked up so far, including almost 700 million alone on the MØ-starring video on YouTube. In the 18 months since the release of No Mythologies To Follow, MØ has played sold out tours and won over festival crowds worldwide.
