Fans will be able to stream the entire album including the band’s dynamic first single, “Just A Memory” between now and Thursday, 10/29 at midnight EST.
"Pandora is a go-to for me. That’s where I’m able to stream my favorites, discover new bands and rock out, so working with Pandora on exclusively debuting HATE MEseemed like an obvious decision. We are all looking forward to everyone hearing the new album and this premiere allows all those fans to access the new music on-demand for one week. Expect a very, very high-energy album.” says ESCAPE THE FATE vocalist, Craig Mabbitt.
“Rock radio is alive and kicking on Pandora and bands like ESCAPE THE FATE are evidence of that. They have a large and active audience on the platform with countless station creates and millions of spins to date, so we’re excited to be home of the HATE ME premiere,” Lars Murray, SVP Music Makers Group, Pandora.
ESCAPE THE FATE are also currently on the road for their headlining tour featuring A Skylit Drive, Myka Relocate Sworn In and Sirens & Sailors. The tour kicked off on 10/13 at the Chain Reaction in Anaheim, coinciding closely with the album release of HATE ME.
ESCAPE THE FATE is a hard-rock band from Las Vegas, NV. Since their inception in 2005, the band has yet to be out of the spotlight, consistently proving to the rock community that they are a force to be reckoned with. The band’s current line-up consists of vocalist Craig Mabbitt guitarist Kevin Thrasher drummer Robert Ortiz, and rhythm guitarist TJ Bell. Their first four albums, DYING IS YOUR LATEST FASHION (2006), THIS WAR IS OURS (2008), ESCAPE THE FATE (2010) andUNGRATEFUL (2013) all achieved high marks from some of the largest tastemakers of the industry, cementing the band’s importance in the hard rock community. Their latest effort was entitled HATE ME because, “Lyrically, a lot of these tracks are based around the hate we’ve received over the years and just embracing that and using it to our own advantage,” explains Mabbitt. “I’ve had to step up to the plate lately, for the fans as much as anything else, because they take the name ESCAPE THE FATE very seriously and I owe them something for that, for all the support they’ve shown us over the years. It’s very humbling for me to be able to listen to this collection of songs and think about where we’ve come from and what we’ve been through to get to this point.”
The band frequently performs in North America and all of Europe, turning empty venues into swarms of hundreds loyal headbangers. They performed all summer long at the Vans Warped Tour 2015, and regularly play the biggest domestic music festivals, including Rock On The Range, Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival, Aftershock Festival, amongst many others and many more to come.
What we are all about to witness with HATE ME is a re-incarnated, reborn, and rejuvenated ESCAPE THE FATE firing on all cylinders once more. This is a band that, after a 10-year tenure, are still as hungry as they’ve ever been. “It’s the start of a new era for us,” confirms Mabbitt. “We’re getting back on our feet, putting our middle finger up to the world and proving ourselves individually and collectively. Everyone in this band now wants the same thing: we want to play our music for as many people as possible and be a unit, a gang. We’ve been envious of bands who have always had that but now we have that and it’s a wonderful feeling.” The message from the ESCAPE THE FATE camp is louder and clearer than it has even been in the past: “We’re coming for everyone and we aren’t taking any prisoners!”
ESCAPE THE FATE will release their highly anticipated fifth full-length album,HATE ME on October 30, 2015. The new album features hit singles including “Just A Memory” and their recently released high-octane track, “Alive”. The album release coincides with the start of the band’s North American fall tour and ESCAPE THE FATE will begin 2016 with a UK/European run beginning late January, headlining different cities around the world until February. Stay tuned for where you can find the guys next!
