Now, the time has come for the band to present the first new track off Phenotype to their fans. "New Horizons" is the first single of the highly anticipated 5th album. The Dutch sextet offer modern metal at its finest for over a decade. No fashion compromises, no "fast food" music. "New Horizons" represents everything the band has faced in the past five years and above all, the future of TEXTURES. An honest, catchy, and boisterous metal track.

Part one of musical diptych is the bands fifth album, Phenotype. It will be released on February 5th, 2016 via Nuclear Blast. The 60-minute song-based album presents an eclectic overview of what modern metal offers while preserving the catchy, innovative and progressive songs that TEXTURES represent. The new virtuosos Uri Dijk (synth) and Joe Tal (guitar) deliver a new, harmonic vibe to the mature TEXTURES sound.
