The 2015 revamp involves a multi-layered arrangement not expected of the standard remixing approach. “When I finished the track, Dim Mak reached out and sent it to her, and not only did she really dig my remake, but she got in the studio and re-cut the vocal parts specially for my version,” Reid says of the track. “Musically and vocally, it’s a complete 2015 remake rather than a remix.”

As the year comes to a close, Reid Stefan shows no signs of slowing his pace. Fresh off his banging “Acid & ‘Roids Mix” with fellow Dim Mak wunderkid Max Styler, he turned out his breakthrough Booty Music EP and collected heavy support from Dyro, Sidney Samson, DallasK, Thomas Newson, and Vice. Over the past few months, he released high-profile collaborations with Henry Fong, Nom De Strip, ZooFunktion and more. This year also saw Reid flex his muscles in the live arena, making appearances at Pacha Ibiza, Avalon Hollywood, and the prominent Hakkasan Nightclub in Las Vegas. During his Winter Music Conference appearance at LIV Miami, the emerging producer performed alongside NERVO, Steve Aoki, Uberjak’d, Bassjackers, Marnik, Autoerotique, Deorro, Ummet Ozcan, and many other special guests.

Through “When I Hear Music”, “I Wanna Work It Out”, and “Lookout Weekend”, Debbie Deb solidified her place as a leading voice in early freestyle and dance music. The celebrated singer has been sampled and/or covered by revered artists like The Black Eyed Peas, Janet Jackson, Pitbull and more.
