December 11, 2015 - Boston, MA - Boston rockers, The Life Electric have premiered their brand new single "Gone, Gone, Gone" today via New Noise Magazine, here: http://bit.ly/1IJX4Rt. The song comes from the band's highly anticipated new album The Real You, which is set to be released Spring 2016 and showcases the band's unique indie-rock-meets-electro-pop sound. On their new album, the band tells us: "It's a dance album you can drive alone to while lamenting an ex with some old friends who remember the time that you did that thing that you're not sure ever happened.  It's ear candy that feels happily familiar, though you're hearing it for the first time."

The Life Electric was born in 2011 when former Action Verbs frontman Joey Chehade met up with three-fifths of indie rock act Gold Star Morning. Now consisting of Joey Chehade (vocals), Ben Leang (guitar), Cory Bean (bass), and Joel Silloway (drums), The Life Electric brings a sound that's been uniquely described as a combination of modern disco, The Flaming Lips, and pure fucking rock.

The band first started to draw attention with their self-titled debut release in May of 2012. They quickly followed it up with the Calico EP in early 2013, and have since opened for national acts like Neon Trees, Cracker, and Marcy Playground, and have had the honor of playing Boston's Rock and Roll Rumble.
