March 5, 2015 - New York, NY: Nadine Shah has released the new video for the track Fool from her forthcoming album ('Fast Food' out April 7th iTunes & Online outlets /CD Vinyl out May 19th via Apollo/R&S Records.)  The song is 'Fast Food' at its most biting - but as with everything Nadinetouches, there is a wry humour and sweetness beneath the poised menace of its guitars, brooding bass line and spitting lyrics. Nadine says of the video, which was shot in a social club in London: "It's loosely a nod to Nick Cave's '15ft of pure white snow' but without a drunken Jason Donovan unfortunately!"

Fool is also available on limited edition 7" heart-shaped vinyl.

'Fast Food' is the follow up to her striking debut 'Love Your Dum And Mad', released in Spring of 2013. The songs were created during an intensive  two-month writing session with her collaborator, renowned producer Ben Hillier (Doves, Blur, Depeche Mode, The Horrors etc.) Recorded at The Pool in London, the result is every bit as dramatic as we’ve come to expect from Nadine but with a sharpened eye for all things hook laden; retaining this brooding grandeur in its movements. the The album features contributions from guitarist Nick Webb and bassist Pete Jobson (of I Am Kloot fame).

The first single, Stealing Cars, released in December was a smashing success in Nadine's native UK making BBC 6 Music's A-List, Amazing Radio's A-List and the XFM Evening Playlist as well as being named one of the Top Tracks of 2014 by Time Out. Fool is already following suit, immediately added to BBC 6's A-List and making Nadine the voice of their Festival, held in Newcastle in late February.

'Fast Food' will be available on vinyl, CD and via digital download (AMB1506). You can pre-order the album via iTunes here.
