April 14, 2015 - Greg Holden has today released his major label debut album, Chase the Sun. Produced by Greg Wells (OneRepublic, Adele), the album is filled with Holden's passionate, purpose-driven rock songs, brimming with tough, vibrant energy and showcasing his lean, literate songwriting.

The NY-based Holden is currently on tour alongside Delta Rae, playing his hometown and record release show tonight at NYC's Webster Hall. Following that, he will play a string of shows with Ingrid Michaelson through June. A full list of dates is below.

"...rare is a singer-songwriter who can actually touch the lives of another person with raw, emotional lyrical poetry (if you will). You have your Alanis Morissette, Stevie Nicks, Lou Reed, Joni Mitchell, Sia... and now, Greg Holden. And while you may not be all too familiar with the latter, chances are, you will be soon." - NYLON

"The British newcomer's debut rock album is crazy catchy." - Glamour

"Greg Holden...makes soaring, purpose-filled songs that carry real emotional weight." - BuzzFeed

"Maybe you haven't heard of singer Greg Holden - yet - but you've certainly heard his handiwork [on Phillip Phillips' 'Home']...Holden's sound fits into a similar alt-folk, Mumford and Sons-like genre." - People

"The album, much like the title suggests, is rich with optimistic musings. 'Hold On Tight,' the first single, features spirited vocals and pulsating drums that drive the track forward." - Paste Magazine
