(New York, N.Y.): Sworn In have surrounded the release of The Lovers/The Devil with lots of activity and good news.

The album sold over 3,000 copies its first week in stores, landing at No. 7 on the Billboard New Artist chart and at No. 110 overall.

Additionally, the band has confirmed its appearance on the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival this summer, which was announced earlier this week.

Sworn In have also shared the cinematic and delightfully creepy video for the new song "Scissors" via Loudwire today, April 16.

Watch the darkly beautiful visual here.

It's full of bold, arresting images, including the dangerous, slightly unhinged stare of singer Tyler Dennen, who spoke exclusively to Loudwire about the song's deeper meaning and what happens when two seemingly harmless forces come together. See what he had to say about the song and the video over at Loudwire.

Sworn In are currently wrapping their first headline tour as a band in support of The Lovers/The Devil. The band is anxious to hit the road again as part of the biggest metal trek of the summer, which also features Slayer, King Diamond, and more!

"It's surreal that we've gotten this opportunity and we are eternally grateful," the band said about securing a spot on the Mayhem stage.

Sworn In plan on making sure all hard rock fans know who they are come the end of summer.
