“Keep your friends close, leave your enemies screaming in their grave.”  The above sentiment embodies “Burn The Traitor,” the second video from Australian metal masterminds FEED HER TO THE SHARKS.  Premiering today at VEVO, the track comes off the band’s album Fortitude, produced by Fredrik Nordstrom (At The Gates, I Killed the Prom Queen), available in stores and digitally everywhere now.

“As with all of our songs, we started writing “Burn The Traitor” with a vision in our heads.  The aim this time around was to make a crushing track that had a very intense and dark feel to it”, says guitarist Kim Choo.  “When we pitched this song to Jason Eshraghian (director), he immediately loved the song and came up with the idea for the music video.  He really captured the darkness of this track and translated into the screen."

Bassist Rob Davies adds, "’Burn The Traitor’ is one of my favorite tracks from Fortitude.  We really wanted to create a cinematic experience for the listener.  After writing this song, we simply knew we had to compliment it with a music video."

Starting today, FEED HER TO THE SHARKS bring their metallic-infused grooves to European audiences as part of “The Australian Takeover Tour”, along with Thy Art Is Murder, Aversions Crown and Earth Rot.  The band will hit US shores on the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, playing the Victory Records Stage all summer long.
