In June The Pests are joining forces with friends Bowling for Soup to throw a punk rock party at the Southport Music Hall on June 4.  To show some extra love to the city the hail from the band will be donating a portion of their merch booth sales to the Take A Chance Animal Rescue Group devoted to improving the life and quality of life of animals.  Take A Chance is a non-profit organization based in New Orleans, LA.

With a new album under their belts the band is road ready, revitalized and in the mist of planning a national tour for late summer into the fall. Using humor to tackle some real issues in their songs they at times might be misunderstood, but listen closely because they have something to say.  The band has garnered a devoted following in their hometown and now they are poised to make their mark on the rest of the world.
