Ruggiero, who fronts Elite, opened up about the song's powerful meaning: "This song is for anyone currently struggling with depression or the loss of a loved one," Ruggiero said. "Things get tough in life and you lose some people around you on the way. Keep your head high and find the strength to make something of yourself."
