SHATTERED SUN recently returned home to Texas from their successful run on the “Dark Roots Of Thrash II Tour”, providing direct support to Testament and Exodus.  Today, SHATTERED SUN brings you Part Two of the track by track breakdown of their new album, Hope Within Hatred.

Watch “Hope Within Hatred” Track By Track Pt. 2.

Vocalist Marcos Leal sat down to explain the second half of the album, with the tracks “Dead Set,” “281,” “Awaken,” “No Sympathy,” and a haunting cover of Testament’s “Return To Serenity,” and how the band chose to cover the classic song.  If you missed part one, check it out.

Hope Within Hatred is available now in-stores, online at iTunes, Amazon Music, Spotify and wherever digital music is sold.

SHATTERED SUN will be ripping up North America at the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival on the Victory Records Stage all summer long.  Fans can see them in a more intimate setting this fall on the ‘We Sold Our Souls To Metal Tour’ alongside Soulfly, Soilwork and Decapitated.
