(New York, NY) July, 20, 2015 – MAX, the buzzed about pop-soul singer with over 1 million YouTube subscribers, has revealed plans for his fall headline tour, the Sounds Like Gibberish Tour. Kicking off October 6 in Tucson, AZ, MAX will be hitting major markets like Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, before wrapping in Dallas, TX on November 7. Tickets are available for sale Friday, July 24 at 10:00 am local time on http://saymaxohhh.com/events. Opening for MAX will be female singer-songwriter and Vine star Kenzie Nimmo.
After opening for Fall Out Boy and Wiz Khalifa’s blowout Boys of Zummer tour all summer, MAX is poised to effortlessly command his own stage as he tours the U.S. and Canada. Signed to Pete Wentz’s DCD2 Records, MAX has accrued invaluable experience from his label mates about the road, including DCD2 founder and Fall Out Boy bassist, Pete Wentz. "No one is a bigger believer in MAX than me," said Pete Wentz. "I’m excited to see him bring his songs out into the world on this tour. Everyone has an origin story - I love being able to be a part of MAX’s."
"I'm so insanely excited for this tour. I really want to give my people the most unique and special experience to date with our show. Been thinking about this headliner tour for months and can't wait to share all of the crazy things we've come up with to make each show unlike anything people have ever seen or heard. Let's have some fun baby."
On the verge of superstardom with already over 20 million streams of his debut single “Gibberish,” more than 50,000 singles sold, early radio play on Radio Disney and Sirius Hits 1 - MAX has all eyes on him. Known for his acrobatic vocal range and energetic dance moves, MAX has been named a MTV 2015 “Artist to Watch,” the network’s annual year-long spotlight for artists about to break big, and performed “Gibberish” nationally on Today where he was named Artist of the Month by Z100’s Elvis Duran. A lifelong entertainer, music is not his only talent - MAX stars in the Beach Boys biopic, "Love & Mercy," as Van Dyke Parks out in theaters now.
