Sao Paulo, Brazil’s MAD OLD LADY was formed in 2011 by musician and vocalist Eduardo Parras, whose desire to carry the torch of epic heavy metal has long been the driving force behind the band. Blending the energy and influence of traditional heavy metal with the musicianship and medieval flair of prog/folk metal and songwriting sensibilities of classic rock, MAD OLD LADY - rounded out by  - drummer Guga Bento, bassist Fernando Giovannetti, keyboardist Rafael Agostino and guitarists Tiago de Moura and Timo Kaarkoski - delivers an unforgettable and majestic style that transcends genres.

The band recently traveled to Denmark’s Jailhouse Studios to work with producer Tommy Hanser, the mind behind the Helloween classics “Keeper of the Seven Keys” Parts I and II, on the upcoming full-length “Power of Warrior.” The album is set for an early 2016 release.
