Hailing from Christiania - an autonomous, artistic community in the center of Copenhagen, with no cars, streetlights or police, and few luxuries - Lukas Forchhammer developed his natural talent for honest and insightful songwriting. For the debut album, Lukas' storytelling is centered largely on remembering his late father, Eugene Graham, using his writing as a means to cope with that loss. Classically trained with the Copenhagen Boys' Choir, with a musical scope widened by his Irish folk roots and passion for hip-hop, Lukas possesses a distinct, poetic ability to capture the full range of emotions in his music. The band - rounded out by Lukas' longtime friends Mark Falgren (drums) and Magnus Larsson (bass) - are known for their dynamic, energetic live show, and will continue to headline sold out shows around the world for the remainder of the year and into 2017.
