Los Angeles, CA – Rain Man and Krysta Youngs recruit five heavy-hitting beatmakers to remix their haunting electro / pop jam “Habit.” San Francisco's T-Mass kicks off the bundle with an impressive future trap rework while Wavo remix contest winner Akari drops a breathtaking indie-dance interpretation of his own. After DUCKY dials up the BPM in her hyper nightcore rendition, newcomer Impala delivers a wonky bass version before Dack Janiels and Wenzday morph the original into a gargantuan dubstep bomb.

Upon its release, “Habit” was an immediate hit, quickly receiving support from Dillon Francis, Dyro, Cash Cash, and Dim Mak label head Steve Aoki, among others. It arrived after a prolific year for Chicago native Rain Man, whose preceding single “Bring Back The Summer (feat. OLY)” is nearing 17M streams on Spotify and was named one of Apple Music’s Best of Tracks of 2016. The track skyrocketed to #5 on Spotify’s Viral 50 Chart (both US and Global) and received global acclaim, with PopMatters calling it “pure pop bliss.” “Bring Back The Summer” also reached #1 on the Mediabase Dance Chart in August, supplanting Calvin Harris’ “This is What You Came For (feat. Rihanna)” in the process. In addition, Rain Man released official remixes for Yellow Claw (“Sin City”) and Watch The Duck (“Beautiful, Broken, & Wasted (feat. Steve Aoki”) this year, and a rework of The Chainsmokers’ “Inside Out (feat. Charlee)” that has become a fan favorite.

Since his signing to Dim Mak, Rain Man has not only shined as a producer, but also as a live performer and DJ. Bringing his signature blend of melodic dubstep flavor, he helped celebrate the label’s 20th Anniversary by throwing down in Miami, Chicago, and back-to-back performances at New York’s Electric Zoo and Las Vegas’ Wet Republic over Labor Day Weekend. Rain Man also spun at several highly coveted US venues, including NYC’s Webster Hall, San Diego’s Omnia, and The Mid in his backyard Chicago.  With impressive remixes from five young and hungry producers, this package will only bolster Rain Man’s influence as he heads into the new year looking to build on his breakout 2016.
