(New York—February 4, 2016) Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song GRAMMY® nominee ELLE KING announces today that her debut album LOVE STUFF has been certified gold by the RIAA.  Elle will be performing her brand new single “America’s Sweetheart” on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” and “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on February 11.

This has been quite a year for the pop, blues, and rock’n’roll singer whose mega hit “Ex’s & Oh’s” has been certified platinum and is nominated for two GRAMMY® awards for Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song from her debut album LOVE STUFF. “Ex’s & Oh’s” scored the #1 spot on the Alternative Radio chart, making her the second female artist in 18 years to reach #1 at Alternative Radio, and also claimed the #1 spot on both the AAA Chart and Hot AC radio charts.

On learning the news of her gold sales status, Elle posted on Instagram: “My album ‘Love Stuff’ is now gold. My first gold album. My first album. Ha! This is so insane. Thank you thank you thank you.”

Elle has been described by The New York Times as “a sassy, hard-drinking, love-’em-and-leave-’em hellion with bad tattoos and a broad pedigree across rock, pop and country. She has Adele’s determination and Joan Jett’s stomp, Brenda Lee’s high-voiced bite and some AC/DC shriek" and has been featured by The Wall Street Journal, Entertainment Weekly, Teen Vogue, People Magazine, Cosmopolitan, USA Today, and many more.   Elle has performed on the season finale of Dancing with The Stars, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, Good Morning America, Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers, Today Show, Late Late Show with James Corden, Live with Kelly and Michael, Jimmy Kimmel Live (outdoor stage), The Talk, and VH1 Big Morning Buzz Live in support of LOVE STUFF which has received overwhelming critical acclaim.
