MARCH 15, 2016 - ASBURY PARK, NJ - Three-piece alternative punk band Lost In Society has premiered the new music video for their latest single "I Want To Know" exclusively on Alternative Press today! The video was influenced by Workaholics and Office Space and adds a humorous touch to the existential track. "I Want To Know" was shot entirely in 12 hours in the heart of New York City and directed by Paul Travers. Fans can check out the music video now, here: http://bit.ly/1XsKJnl.

When asked about the making of the video, bassist Nick Ruroede said: "'I Want to Know'" is about the current frustration and divide between the classes in America so we thought there was no better way to pay homage to that than setting the video in corporate America with a comedic twist. A lot of our friends are getting out of college with huge student loans and are having a hard time finding jobs that can pay them enough to live. I definitely wouldn't hire the three of us though. Clearly we are terrible employees."

The band recently released their highly anticipated album Modern Illusions. The record, which includes "I Want To Know", was produced by Pete Steinkopf (guitarist of The Bouncing Souls). Fans can purchase a digital copy on iTunes now, here: http://apple.co/1QilDXn as well as physical copies on the band's website, here: http://bit.ly/1SMhFIp. When asked about Modern Illusions, vocalist/guitarist Zach Moyle said: "It feels great to finally get this record out after two years, and to me, the songs still hold up. I'm so stoked on the final product, especially with how much thought and effort we put into it. I think we're going to surprise a lot of people."

Lost In Society is on the road this month. The tour kicked off on March 3rd in Virginia Beach, VA and will wrap up on March 31st in Harrisburg, PA. Fans will have a chance to see the power trio hit the stage in support of their new record. In addition, the band is heading to Austin, TX to perform as an official SXSW band from March 14th through March 19th.

Jolting, fierce and raw: Lost In Society's live show has been described as all of the above. The NJ-based alternative punk act has performed at large festivals including Vans Warped Tour, Punk Rock Bowling, Fun Fun Fun Fest, SXSW, CMJ Music Marathon, and Fest. Lost In Society is known for bringing fans out the same way old punks did -- by word of mouth. Having toured all over the map and sharing the stage with the likes of Taking Back Sunday, Dead Sara, The Bouncing Souls, Bad Religion, The Flatliners, Misfits, and SWMRS, the trio is showing no signs of stopping.

Lost In Society is Zach Moyle (guitars + lead vocals), Nick Ruroede (bass), and Hector Bonora (drums).
