(New York, NY) - Pop fans around the globe can click here to check out the exclusive worldwide premiere of nascent indie pop/electronica duo Edison + Belle's new lyric video for "Over My Head" on Popdose today.  Taken from their debut EP, LOVE BEYOND, "Over My Head" is an infectious track about the dizzying effects of love.  Of the track, lead guitarist/songwriter Joseph Lewczak commented, ""Over My Head" is as simple of a love song as you can get.  At its core it's about "limerence" - that intense flood of emotions that you get when you are falling in love with someone else and you feel like your life is out of control and that you are, "over your head" about the other person."  Lead singer/songwriter Richie Leone added, ""Like all of our songs, "Over My Head" started out as an acoustic demo, just guitar and vocal.  But it became apparent right away that it should be produced as a song inspired by all of the great pop tunes of the '80s, taking nods from power pop bands like The Outfield."

Edison + Belle's LOVE BEYOND is a soulful collection of songs exploring relationships, life, culture and more and will soon be available via iTunes and Spotify.  Comprised of lead singer/songwriter Richie Leone and lead guitarist/songwriter Joseph Lewczak, Edison + Belle'ssounddraws from a disparate variety of musical influences including the pop, dance, electronica, rock and alternative genres.  The result is an impassioned, unapologetically hook-driven set of tracks bound together by the overarching theme of love in all forms.  To access cover art for LOVE BEYOND, please click here.

Meeting in late 2014 via an online ad Joseph Lewczak placed on a musician's website seeking a like-minded individual with whom to create music, Richie Leone and Joseph Lewczak immediately clicked and quickly conceived the songs that would become LOVE BEYOND.  Edison + Belle's diverse sound is inspired by the pair's contrasting backgrounds - careers, sexual orientation and more.  Lewczak is a nationally-recognized lawyer and Adjunct Law Professor by trade but has devoted his life to playing guitar and writing songs, gigging in New York City with various original and cover bands.  Leone is a natural-born performer with no formal music training.  With a powerful, dramatic voice, he has won various vocal competitions in the Tri-State area and has impressed audiences on open-mic nights throughout the City.  He is a fitness expert and personal trainer by day. The name Edison + Belle is an obvious homage to the earliest progenitors of modern sound, without whom today's music just wouldn't exist.
