Los Angeles, CA – In a rare feat, Romanian producer Boehm manages to spin emotional nostalgia into sonic ecstasy with the booming mid-tempo number “Swallow My Pride.” The musical savant juxtaposes songstress Molly Moore’s airy vocals against weighty lyrics, lacing them through a tropical-tinged melody of vibrating crescendos.

This week, Boehm brings his melodic frequencies stateside for Miami Music Week. Fans can catch him playing at Dim Mak’s Steve Aoki & Friends party at Story Miami and several other appearances throughout the week. Building anticipation for the festivities, he recently dropped a special preview mix entitled “Ocean Drive (Road To Miami Music Week)” as the second episode of his new mixtape series Road Trips.

Hailing from the Eastern Europe cultural hub of Bucharest, Boehm has swiftly made a name for himself in the melodic and tropical house sphere. In the last six months, he's scored three b2b #1 Hype Machine charting songs, including his remix for Benjamin Francis Leftwich’s “Won’t Back Down” (which hit #1 not once, but twice), as well as Ben Howard’s “I Forget Where We Were” and James Vincent McMorrow’s cover of “Wicked Games.” With sky rocketing play counts – his MFN Records release "We Come” went viral on Spotify with 3.4M, accompanied by his rework of Steve Aoki & Moxie’s “I Love It When You Cry” with 1.4M on SoundCloud – Boehm’s ascension to the top is already double-speed.
