Des Moines, IA alternative/post-hardcore five-piece Words Like Daggers are premiering their new music video for "Dead Weight" on New Noise Magazine.

The band tells New Noise, “This music video was a blast to make. The action unfolds as if it was straight out of a horror film and everyone involved had a great time on site. The song itself is written from the point of view of a killer. Check out the video and pick up ‘Perfect Weather’ on March 18th!”

Words Like Daggers will release their debut LP 'Perfect Weather' via Third String Records this Friday, March 18.

The band will also be appearing at So What?! Music Festival this Sunday in Grand Prarie, TX.

Pre-orders are now available here.

Drawing influence from artists such as Mayday Parade, Taking Back Sunday, Paramore and The Used., Words Like Daggers have shared the stage with bands like Chiodos, The Color Morale, Silent Planet and more.
