(New York, NY) - Music fans around the globe can click here to check out the exclusive worldwide premiere of teen metallers Unlocking The Truth's first-ever video; "Take Control" is available now on Loudwire.  Taken from their forthcoming debut full-length album, CHAOS, the thrash anthem "Take Control" is a rally cry against bullying.  Inspired by personal experience, drummer Jarad Dawkins commented, "I remember when I used to be bullied in school for the music that I love to play, the jeans that I love to wear.  I always told myself that everything is going to be alright.  You are going to take control of the world one day."  To access the single's cover art, please click here.  "Take Control" will be available as an instant grat track with the pre-order purchase of CHAOS.

The track listing for CHAOS has also just been revealed; please see below for it.  CHAOS will be released on June 17th via premiere independent music distributor, Tunecore.  The set is produced by the esteemed Johnny K (Megadeth, Pop Evil, Disturbed) and captures the young band's explosive live energy, resulting in a tight, powerfully heavy yet melodic offering.  The band will be playing select tour dates in support of CHAOS including the major rock festival Carolina Rebellion, with more to be announced.  Please see below for the current itinerary.

In other news, Unlocking The Truth will be the subject of the forthcoming documentary, "Breaking A Monster."  An exclusive feature-film account of the band's experience with the major record industry, "Breaking A Monster", will release this summer. SeeThink Films, the collaborative behind the release effort, has launched a Kickstarter campaign this month in support of an even wider theatrical presence.

Hailing from Brooklyn, teen metal trio Unlocking The Truth's compelling origins have garnered the band significant media coverage well before the release of their debut album.  In the past few years, the trio have appeared on national television (CNN, Fuse, BET, Comedy Central's "The Colbert Report" and more); performed at high-profile music festivals such as Coachella, SXSW, AfroPunk, Heavy Montreal and Bonnaroo; supported such music legends as Guns N' Roses, Motorhead, Living Colour, Marilyn Manson and have been featured in major outlets like The Huffington Post, Rolling Stone.com, Revolver, Loudwire and Guitar World, all while attending middle school and now high school. Buzz Bands LAdeclared, "They shred like Sabbath.  They rock harder than Axl Rose.  They can out-punk The Sex Pistols." Unlocking The Truth is Malcolm Brickhouse (guitar/vocals), Jarad Dawkins (drums) and Alec Atkins (bass).
