+ Kevin Gates will perform twice during BET Awards weekend in LA.

Kevin will first take the stage to perform his two Platinum-certified singles “Really Really” and “2 Phones” on a special episode of 106 & Park airing live on Saturday, June 25th at 6pm EST/3pm PST on BET. Later that night, Gates will perform on the BETX Main Stage as a part of the 2016 BET Experience.

+ Gates’ debut album “ISLAH” was recently certified Gold by the RIAA.

According to Nielsen Soundscan, Kevin Gates’ “ISLAH” is the second highest selling rap album of 2016, only behind Drake.

“ISLAH” entered Billboard’s “Top Rap Albums” chart at #1 while also coming in at #2 on the SoundScan/Billboard 200 with first week sales in excess of 110,000. The album was recently featured on Rolling Stone’s “45 Best Albums of 2016 So Far”, with the publication noting: “He's a rapper's rapper, a lyrical Evel Knievel without any desire for a cloying pop crossover…[ISLAH is] a cohesive, satisfying, fat-free full-length.”

+ Gates will join Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg on “The High Road Tour” this summer.
