Brisbane, Australia post-alternative rock outfit Between Kings have dropped their brand new single "Alibi" online via PuregrainAudio.com at http://puregrainaudio.com/audio/australian-rockers-between-kings-unveil-stream-of-new-single-alibi-exclusive-premiere. "Alibi" is the first single from Between Kings new 7-track EP that will surface later this fall.

Between Kings - which consist of members Nic (vocals), Jordan (guitar), Jayden (bass), and Nick (drummer) - all met at JMC Academy's Contemporary Music and Performance college in Australia. The group quickly developed a bond over their desire to create complex rhythms and powerful hooks, as they carefully crafted their sound over their 7-track EP.

Sonically, Between Kings feel at home straddling musical genres and dabbling with the funky guitar licks of The Red Hot Chili Peppers one minute, then mixing it with the arena-rock balladry of Imagine Dragons the next. The band's triumphant use of melodic elements makes it acceptable for rock enthusiasts to throw up the horns, or even hit the dance floor.
