Beginning with the colorful, upbeat title track, “Tennessee Tonight,” to the groove-laden “Midnight Train To Memphis,” to Exit 24’s tell-tale journey, “Take A Lot,” the band’s music and lyrical stylings strongly reflect their southern roots and define their debut EP.

Mike Hartnett, whose credits as a producer include Colt ford, Bubba Sparxxx, Rehab, and Big K.R.I.T., co-wrote all of the songs with band members Blake Bailey (vocalist/guitarist,) and Greg Mac (rapper/lyricist.)“I’m really excited to have the opportunity to work with such home-grown talent," said Hartnett. "These guys have poured their heart and soul into this project."

Blake Bailey, and Greg Mac have been making music together since first meeting as solo artists in Nashville. Both artists lived near Exit 24 and Interstate 24 in Music City. The duo was first introduced to Average Joes' fanbase on the label’s popular “Mud Digger 6” compilation series last summer. Since then, the band has been working on new music for their label debut.
