On the FCancer Board of Directors, Burns will act to support the organization in creating change and making an impact in the cancer space. “It's an honor to unite with FCancer's Board of Directors to continue to raise awareness and extend the organization's message. My support of FCancer is personal for me and my family as I have witnessed the disease affects family members through watching their intense treatment and/or the disease ending their life. I look forward to working alongside with this passionate and diverse Board of Directors to advocate change through FCancer's innovative movement! #TheDreamIsReal”, says Burns.
“We are so excited to welcome Kenny’s energy and expertise to our team. His participation with events and programs will be both invaluable and give the charity a burst of energy to help fulfill our mission and perpetuate our growth. We can’t wait to have such an accomplished and genuine individual as part of the FCancer family.” exclaims Julie Greenbaum, Co-Founder and CRO of FCancer.
About FCancer: FCancer is dedicated to the prevention and early detection of cancer; it is a movement that creates a raw and authentic space by harnessing the cumulative experience of their community, Generation Connected. Gen-C is defined by a behavior rather than a birthdate, they consume digital content as their main source of information and may span across traditional generations. With wit, edge, and humor, FCancer is changing the way people talk about cancer. Through digital media, programs and events, FCancer believes its community will be the generation that ultimately improves health outcomes. FCancer is a tax-exempt 501(c) 3 registered charity co-founded by Yael Cohen Braun and Julie Greenbaum. For more information, visit LetsFCancer.com or follow @letsfcancer.
