NEW YORK, NY (August 22, 2016) – Ahead of the release of their sophomore album, Los Angeles’ Bad Suns are thrilled to release a brand new song, “Heartbreaker,” with a premiere from Zane Lowe on Beats 1 as today’s #WorldFirst. Fans that missed the radio debut can check out the track via Spotify, YouTube, or Apple Music. “Heartbreaker” is pulled from the band’s sophomore album, Disappear Here, which is set to be released on September 16th, 2016 via Vagrant Records/BMG US. In support of the album, Bad Suns will hit the road this fall starting with an appearance at the second weekend of this year’s Austin City Limits before kicking off a month long headlining stint through North America with Nashville band COIN.

Earlier this month, Bad Suns – Christo Bowman (Vocals/Guitar), Gavin Bennett (Bass), Miles Kottak (Drums) and Ray Libby (Guitar) – released the video for first single and title track, “Disappear Here,” which fans can check out here. For Disappear Here, Bad Suns again teamed up with producer Eric Palmquist (The Mars Volta, MUTEMATH, Wavves), who handled production on Language & Perspectives, the band’s breakthrough debut album released in 2014. Language & Perspectives spawned a pair of Alternative hits in “Cardiac Arrest” and “Salt.” To date, the debut full-length has been streamed over 90 million times collectively and earned them a pair of TV performances on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Conan.

News of the Fall North American tour, which is set to kick off in October and wrap with a hometown headlining show on November 18th at LA’s Teragram Ballroom, comes shortly after the band wrapped up a stint as main support for Halsey on her arena tour this July. In addition to supporting Halsey, Bad Suns have sold-out headlining shows around the country, opened for major national acts like The Neighborhood and The 1975, and taken the stage at Coachella, Firefly, Riot Fest, Hangout, and many others.
