Paris, France five-piece Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! is excited to release their brand new song, "Blame It On This Song," which comes as the perfect ending to their summer-long trek on the 2016 Vans Warped Tour. The upbeat track serves up a hefty dose of the band's signature catchy riffs and melodies while evoking the bittersweet nostalgia that often comes with the end of summer.

"We wrote and recorded this song right before leaving for Warped," vocalist Bert Poncet explains. "We were thinking of how we would look back at this amazing summer, and it turned out to be on point. This is not exactly a summer song; this is more like an 'end of summer' song. It's the tune that will make you think of all the good times you had during this summer or the ones before it. Also, on a more musical note, it feels good to be back at our chuggy, riffy style. Just playing that song brings back good, old memories for us. We hope that everyone had a great summer!"

Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! has been busy touring in support of their latest album Get Lost, Find Yourself, which is available now on iTunes, and are looking forward to the upcoming release of Rock Sound Magazine's My Chemical Romance tribute album, Rock Sound Presents: The Black Parade, which includes the band's cover of My Chemical Romance's "Disenchanted," out in September.

CHUNK! NO, CAPTAIN CHUNK! - Bert Poncet (Vocals), Paul Cordebard (Guitar/Back Vocals), Éric Poncet (Guitar), Mathias Rigal (Bass), Bastien Lafaye (Drums) - Named after the 80's classic adventure movie "The Goonies", French pop punkers, Chunk! No, Captain Chunk's music vacillates between two different extremes, folding high octane, crazy catchy pop-punk melodies into pummeling and potent hardcore. Armed with a solid reputation for shaking the rafters at the venues in which they play, the band has an already impressive tour resume including A Day To Remember, Motionless In White, Blessthefall, and numerous summers on the Vans Warped Tour. The band has since released a Deluxe Edition of Pardon My French, and had a breakout single on Punk Goes 90s Vol. 2 for their cover of "All Star" (originally performed by Smash Mouth). While Chunk! makes music that is delightfully bipolar and has an innate knack for getting most pits moving, the members are quite serious about their craft and knew that their third album had to reflect their growth as people and as artists.
