Following the release of their acclaimed single “Ready For This” which garnered over 1M streams across platforms, New Zealand-based collective Weird Together share the“Ready For This” Peacekeepers Remix today with YourEDM.  The band’s Ready For This Remix EP is set for release on September 23rd via Feel Up Records.  Speaking about the track, Nick Dwyer comments: "Ready For This was a track born out of our festival sets and is definitely the heaviest thing we've done to date and we could have never predicted the response to it. We were lucky to get some absolute talent on this Remix EP and over the last few months getting a new mix in the mail has been one of the greatest thrills. It's hard to pick a favourite but this mix from the Peacekeepers boys absolutely smashes it out of the park and over the last few months we've seen it turn the tamest of dance floors into instant bacchanalian rowdiness.”

Weird Together is one of the most globally minded electronic music projects to emerge from the South Pacific in recent times. Helmed by New Zealand radio host/DJ/music connoisseur Nick Dwyer and legendary Auckland-based producer DJ Dick "Magik" Johnson, the pair experimented with music that Nick collected while fronting theNational Geographic series about global music culture — Making Tracks.  Ethiopian jazz records, contemporary club from Ghana’s streets of Accra, plus dance music from the Caribbean and South America found their way into the studio and Weird Together was born.
