Tallahassee FL's MAYDAY PARADE is thrilled to announce the release of a very special anniversary edition of their iconic debut album, A Lesson In Romantics, and in tandem, have surprised fans with a new music video for their song "Black Cat." The video boasts an interesting twist, as the audio is taken from the original 2007 release, while the video itself was shot in 2017 -- a decade after the song first premiered. A Lesson In Romantics: Anniversary Edition will be available on March 17 and features six previously unreleased demos, as well as the beloved original tracks. Digital and physical pre-orders are now available at ALessonInRomantics.com.

"We came up with the concept for this video ourselves," guitarist Brooks Betts explains. "We thought it would be cool to include as many bad omens as possible in this video to go along with the black cat theme. We had a good time putting this together, so I hope you enjoy. If you don't catch all the bad luck events the first time, it's fun to go back around and catch them on the second look."

A Lesson In Romantics: Anniversary Edition will release just days ahead the band's upcoming headline tour, which also celebrates the album's 10-year anniversary. Support on the tour will come from Knuckle Puck and labelmates Milestones, with the routing set to kick off in New Orleans, LA on March 23 and conclude in Orlando, FL on May 26. VIP Bundles and General Admission tickets are available now at  maydayparade.com/#tour. Scroll down for full tour routing.

MAYDAY PARADE - Ten years ago, a group of friends from Tallahassee, FL formed a band and traveled the country, selling their CD to anyone that would listen in parking lots at Vans Warped Tour. Building a following from the roots up, one fan at a time, Mayday Parade has garnered a lifelong, massive dedicated fanbase, in their evolution from hard-working local band to global force. Delving into the musical influences that have inspired their decade-long career, the band have delivered their most refreshing, exciting, passion-driven release to date with new album Black Lines. Melodically diverse, the collection of 12 stunning tracks blends driving rock riffs with the band's signature heartfelt lyrics into a whole new take on their sound, without losing what is quintessentially Mayday Parade. While musically raising the bar, Mayday Parade constantly reminds fans and industry alike just why they are leaders of their field.
