The 10-track record will also see an exclusive vinyl release on Record Store Day (April 22, 2017) via HiFi Records / Alliance Entertainment. In fact, the band urges fans to hold off and pick up a physical copy, turn up the volume (way up loud), and play the tunes on their favorite record player to enjoy the full experience. Pre-order a physical copy or download the digital now, HERE.

Additionally, the four-piece will be celebrating the release of the new album and performing at Single Cut Brewery in Astoria, Queens, New York on April 21st.

When asked about ...And The Fire Within and the artwork paired with it, Peter Wilson said:"Ken and I worked quite well together on developing the artwork from our last EP and keeping the rendering in-house so to speak felt natural and necessary. After several long phone conversations, e-mails, drafts, rejections and breakthroughs during which time I am certain Ken wanted to physically assault me on numerous occasions, the artwork took shape with a loose ‘as above, so below’ motif. I never like to divulge why certain images were used or what certain characters symbolize as it ruins individual interpretations from fans, followers and viewers, so I won’t start here. (I can’t tell you the number of times which artists I admire effectively ruin my experience with their work by talking too much about it, social media be damned.)  Just allow your ears, eyes and mind to wander while listening to an album that was made for vinyl—it is truly a moving experience."

Last month, the band unveiled their fresh music video for “Bring Me Down” exclusively on AXS – the first single off their forthcoming record …And The Fire Within. The release couldn’t be any timelier given the divide we’re witnessing across the country. “Bring Me Down” heavily focuses on all that oppresses you and channeling it to find the strength you need to resist and reclaim who you truly are.

With four EPs and a full length album under their belt, the new material has nothing less than promise. Their previous album Love and Rebellion debuted at #6 “Most Added” on the CMJ Hard Rock/Metal charts in February 2015, with heavy rotations on American college, commercial and specialty Hard Rock/Metal radio formats including top-ten placements on various major stations such as WBAB, WHFR and WLVR.

About Four Trips Ahead: Four Trips Ahead’s roots date back to 2003, when the seasoned New York City musicians first came together in search of a new creative outlet. Instantly, the quartet recognized their common musical interests – creating heavy, progressive sounds with strong melodies and dynamics. Their new album …And The Fire Within explores the struggle for identity, self-reliance and faith in the midst of chaos and conflict, standing apart from much of today's contrived rock releases. The record may be one of the band’s strongest works to date, produced by lead vocalist Peter Wilson, with tracks mixed by Johnny Nice (Amy Lee, Joel Hoekstra, Rihanna) as well as Grammy and Emmy Award-winning engineer Nick Cipriano (Dream Theater, Twisted Sister, Erasure, Donald Fagen) at Spin Recording Studios and mastered by legendary mastering engineer Roger Lian (Rush, Muse, Slayer, Pantera, Coheed and Cambria).

Four Trips Ahead is Peter Wilson (vocalist), Brian Eisenpresser (guitarist), Dan Cassidy (bassist), and Ken Candelas (drummer).
