Los Angeles, CA – In anticipation of their forthcoming Dim Mak EP, London-based duo Stööki Sound collaborate with Latroit and Lliam Taylor on the sublime single “Echoes.” Featuring Latroit's ethereal vocals, the track incorporates shakers and bubbly synth plucks to create a stunning future soul ballad. Complex premiered “Echoes,” calling it, “A smooth, deftly-produced piece of R&B from the club-conquering duo.” The single is being released as a special package, including remixes from Plastician, R3LL, Sam F, Lliam Taylor and a VIP from Stööki Sound themselves. While R3LL throws down with his signature Jersey Club sound, Sam F and Lliam Taylor take the House route with club-ready renditions. Rounding out the package is Plastician, who takes “Echoes” to the dark side with his UK bass makeover.

Stööki Sound have made a name for themselves in the bass music scene by staying true to their London roots while pushing boundaries. Their catalog includes some of the most iconic songs in the trap scene that came from collaborations with HU₵₵I (“Ball So Hard”), Mr. Carmack (“Uppers”), and TroyBoi (“Welcome to London”). Stööki Sound’s heavy-hitting sound first appeared on Dim Mak last summer with their remix of the Keys & Krates’ track “Love Again (feat. Ouici).” In October, the duo dropped their Ösiris EP, which was inspired by Osiris, the Egyptian God of transition, resurrection and regeneration. The record showcases Stööki’s ability to blend grime, trap, electronica, and hip hop influences into a cohesive forward-thinking sound.

Adding to the mix is Deep House connoisseur Lliam Taylor, who recently teamed up with Latroit on Armada singles “Bump in the Night (feat. Sam Sparro)” and “Someday.” The sultry vocals on “Echoes” come from Detroit-bred Latroit, who has quickly gained support from some of the world’s leading DJ’s and influencers, via releases like his Bishøp collaboration “Loving Every Minute,” and UK top 10 club chart tracks “Need You Tonight” and “Just Do That” with Fawkes.
