""Thirty" is a song completely about me and how I felt about myself during the writing process. These words just fucking poured out of me in one sitting. At the time I was partying my brains out and my emotions were all over the place. I was afraid of who I was and what I was going to do next. I moved on from that part of my life and hope this song helps people realize they're not alone in feeling this way and it gets better." - Anthony Musior (bass/vocals)

“Thirty” follows the release of The Traditionals’ previous track “She Don’t Know,” and is one of 6 emo/rock songs featured on The Queen of Heaven. The record marks the band’s second release on Anchor Eighty Four records. It was produced, engineered and mixed by Jay Zubricky (Pentimento, Every Time I Die) and mastered by Jesse Cannon (Acceptance, Basement, Saves The Day).

The Traditional will be preforming a handful of record release shows in April with labelmates Southpaw. Dates are listed below.
