Dirtyphonics are an ever-evolving force to be reckoned with, remaining true to their core sound while always striving toward the cutting edge. In 2013, the group released their debut album Irreverence through Dim Mak, which featured collaborations with Steve Aoki, Foreign Beggars and Modestep. Last year’s follow up Write Your Future EP landed the #1 spot on Beatport Hip Hop and received praise from outlets as diverse as The Fader, Mixmag and Dancing Astronaut, the latter of which paid special homage to the duo’s “brawny and aggressive sound.”

Dirtyphonics' finesse for diving into foreign circuits is markedly evident in their collaboration with trap producer UZ and rapper Trinidad James on “Hustle Hard.” The track hit #3 on Beatport Hip Hop, with its Habstrakt remix reaching #2 upon its release a few months later. This joined their double-digits catalogue of hits that have nestled in the Top Ten charts, with releases on prolific electronic labels like Ultra, Mau5trap and Buygore.
