(June 9, 2017 — Los Angeles, CA) — Today, Transviolet unveil their brand new single “Kaleidoscopes” [feat. Reo Cragun] via Epic Records. Listen HERE. The song introduces the group’s forthcoming second EP, Kaleidoscopes—arriving very soon.

In addition, the critically acclaimed Los Angeles alternative pop quartet premiere the music video for “Kaleidoscopes” on VEVO. Powered by finger snaps, lush instrumentation, and an irresistible hook, the clip comes to life with idyllic and iridescent set pieces and palpable chemistry between the band and R&B crooner Reo Cragun.  Watch it HERE!

“Kaleidoscopes” follows up last year’s singles “Future” and “L.A. Love,” which notched 2.4 million-plus streams and The Fader described as “the kind of perfect electro-pop that melts in your ears.” Throughout 2016, Transviolet toured with LANY and captivated crowds at Firefly, Governors Ball, SXSW, and beyond. Meanwhile, they garnered widespread acclaim from i-D, Nylon, Los Angeles Times, The Guardian, Noisey, and many more in addition to earning high-profile fans such as Katy Perry, Harry Styles, Ellie Goulding, and Twin Shadow. Their self-titled 2015 EP yielded three hits—“Girls Your Age” (11 million streams), “New Bohemia” (5.4 million streams), and “Bloodstream” (4.1 million streams). Hunkering down in the studio, they’ve spent most of 2017 quietly creating this latest body of work.
